The accommodations here are even more wonderful and impressive than what you see in the photos.

Outstanding meals with cool drinks. Competent and attentive staff throughout. Stunning location to the lake in the middle of the village, easy to get around.

The location is marvellous in a lovely area, near Mondsee and the Lake District of Austria. Also, it's right by Slipstream Sculpture and other local attractions. They serve great breakfasts for all tastes with so very nice ambiance and continental options and frying bacon.

The attentive staff at Schlosshotel Mondsee truly enhances your stay, making it a perfect and gorgeous place to visit. the newly remodeled units are generously sized and come equipped with a bathroom, TV, and ample wardrobe space. Its perfect, quiet location puts you close to everything, contributing to a really nice overall experience.

Excellent location, the castle is situated pretty close to the lake with swans, boats and all that can make you happy.

The furniture in the room is rather simple and not very convinient

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, it was wonderful for a weekend. The breakfast was amazing and complete with lovely atmosphere, continental options and frying bacon. Location: the hotel was just next door to resturants, cafes and restaurants and Right next to advent markets:)))

The facilities here are exceptional, the breakfast is large and varied, and the ambiance is very pleasant; all in a central location close to everything.

The location is in the middle of town on the walking area. Parking is right near the hotel. The walk to the lake take about 10 minutes (slow walk). We had a room on the second floor, lots of space, two floors. The Spa is very nice and cozy, and useful if your kids like to swim (kind of small but fine for small children). The food within the hotel is very good. Highly recommend.

The view out the back of the hotel was not as good as the front facing the lake, other than that there is not much to complain about

The rooms (even suites) are very basic and simple.

The location is absolutely lovely, situated near the charming town of Mondsee and close to the delightful local restaurant Vinnie Panini, known for its great pasta. Guests can easily explore the nearby Basilika St Michael as well. the varied and amazing breakfast is a wonderful way to start the day, featuring crispy bacon and a range of hot options, all enjoyed in a very nice ambiance.

The wonderful location was quite a walk from Market Square. The staff members were attentive and helpful...

This hotel is an old building, if you want stainless steel and smoked glass go elsewhere... kind of pricey too

It is a beautiful historic hotel. The room was larger than we thought with the bedroom and full bath upstairs and the living area and a 1/2 bath downstairs. Very nicely laid out. It even had a kitchen!
